New Heat Solutions have assisted with the design and implementation of Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP’s with an indirect hot water cylinder to each apartment, along with UFH and smart thermostats throughout. Another amazing development from Kempton Homes. We started on site in April 2021, a very similar to Riddlesdown Road in so much that it is 9 apartments all being heated with UFH by way of a combination boiler. A gas service to each apartment using CSST pipe from GFS Flex.

This 6,500 sqft house is of the highest specification. Fully air conditioned, with UFH on all 3 floors. Hot water and heating is from a bivalent system which comprises of 2 number 12kW Vaillant aroTHERM ASHP’s with a 48Kw Vaillant boiler as back up and a 500ltr high gain hot water cylinder.
