New Heat Solutions started trading in 2010 and the company was subsequently incorporated in 2013. Our original ethos, which still applies today, is to build a loyal team which understands that above all else, quality matters. We are proud to say some of the original engineers are still very much part of our growing team, over a decade after inception. In addition, we are equally proud our first developer client is still very much an active New Heat client over ten years later!

New Heat has successfully gained a reputation of quality installation and reliability with numerous residential and commercial clients and developers within the Home Counties.

Our scope of work ranges from the installation of all types of commercial and residential plumbing, to underfloor heating and renewable energy solutions. Whether it’s small remedial tasks, schools and colleges, large residential houses or apartment projects, we have always risen to the challenge. It is of great importance that all our projects are carefully managed to ensure a close liaison with the client and this is maintained throughout the project and to all levels.

Our team, currently 20+ engineers, are supervised by Ollie Howells, our Contracts Manager. His role is to ensure that both the fully qualified team and apprentice academy operate efficiently and with quality workmanship at the forefront of all site activity.

New Heat Solutions have made a significant investment into embracing the necessary transition of renewable energy. We are continuously up to date with the steps industry wide to move into the efficiency to renewable energy, not least the upcoming Future Homes Standards legislation in 2025 directing a 75-80% reduction in carbon emissions.

Under the guidance of Stuart Winyard, our Renewables Manager, with his extensive experience in this business sector, our future on renewable installation is both exciting and focused. We are fully conversant with the Government Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and can offer practical and meaningful advice gained over numerous field installations in order to propose workable solutions.

Our Journey Continues

New Heat has grown substantially, even through the difficulties of the past year. We are very proud of this structured growth and the additional responsibilities it brings.

We have engaged with the Government Apprenticeship scheme, which enables us to invest in youth, to nurture and train apprentices to become our workforce of tomorrow. This apprentice scheme is called the New Heat Academy and allows new entrants in the industry to learn and develop from our core team who are some of the most experienced engineers in the plumbing industry with many years of experience. Our engineering teams now combine a mixture of the fully qualified, improvers and Academy Apprentices, all playing their role in ensuring that our core business continues to build on a bedrock of quality.

New Heat also has a dedicated in-house after-care team led by Beki Warwick as a central point of client contact to manage our Service and Maintenance Division. This is supported by our back office team to ensure the smooth running of all administration, planning and logistical issues.

Our fleet of vans, all of which are sign written with our company logo, have real time tracking capabilities. This provides live information and accurate communication regarding our engineers’ locations thus enabling us to provide accurate billing details, important for all maintenance visits.

New Heat Solutions are proud to be sponsors for the York Road Project, a registered charity (Reg No:1162835) based in Woking, Surrey that provides accommodation and support for people experiencing homelessness in Woking and the surrounding areas.

Our Services

Whilst our main scope of work is in the installation of plumbing, underfloor heating and renewable energy, maintenance work is always an important consideration.

We provide maintenance services to both residential and commercial premises which can vary from upgrading a domestic heating system to decommissioning an industrial gas system. Our project management team work closely with our Contracts Manager, Ollie Howells, to ensure that new queries are logged and attended to and that our billing and invoice system is detailed, concise and accurate. We endeavour to help with any technical queries and our qualified engineers will always find a solution to any plumbing or heating issue which may arise.

We are Gas Safe registered and are able to offer gas safety inspections and certification. We are also LPG and commercial Gas Safe certified and therefore are able to offer a full range of gas services.
